Order Processing
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is prepared for shipping, you will receive a fulfillment email via the email address provided during checkout. You will receive a shipped email with a tracking number included, along with a complimentary delivered email once the package is delivered. Please allow 24 hours to view any transit information listed on all tracking numbers! Also, please keep in mind we only ship on business days! If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed the next business day.
Sale/Holiday
During a sale and/or holidays, please allow additional 7-10 days to process orders

Using Paypal or with a Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit card.
Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so provided the item has not been shipped. If the item has been shipped you are unable to cancel the order.
Shipping
Allow 10-14 business days to process and ship your order inside the U.S (14-21 days outside the U.S.) after payment is received. In most cases, orders are processed and shipped on the same day. We will ONLY ship to PayPal verified addresses when using Paypal as your payment method. Please note: billing and shipping address must match or we will not be able to ship. Responsibility
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We fully trust the United States Postal Service and United Postal Service (USPS/UPS) to deliver packages in a timely manner. In the event your package is delayed, please contact the courier (USPS/UPS) provided in your shipping email.
International Customers
We are not responsible for import duties, taxes, and any other charges. The buyer is responsible for all fees outside of the cost of your order and shipping. Please contact your local customs to determine if there are any extra fees you may experience before purchasing from our U.S.based company Treasured Brown Girl.
Delivery
UPS/USPS: UPS/USPS will make every attempt to deliver your package on the date listed on your tracking. Both companies will typically leave a notice with a phone number and date they will return, please refer to UPS/USPS website for further information. You may contact either UPS or USPS using the phone number provided to schedule an alternate pickup location. Treasured Brown Girl is not responsible for any lost, stolen, abandoned or refused packages and NO REFUND will be issued.
Delayed Packages
Please double-check the shipping address on your order before completing your purchase. Incorrect addresses may cause a delay on your shipment. Treasured Brown Girl does not provide refunds, discounts, or pay for shipping costs for delayed packages. Please keep in mind we will not change the shipping address once your order is placed.
Returned Packages
We will not be held responsible for returned packages due to incorrect address information. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure accurate information is entered when placing the order.

Out of Stock Items
Sometimes products are not available for immediate shipping. We will notify you by email about the backorder status with an estimated ship date. At that time you may elect to wait for the product to ship or cancel your order.
Holiday Shipping
Treasured Brown Girl is closed on holidays and will not mail any packages on nationally recognized holidays including, but not limited to: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, or Labor Day.
