Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds

ALL wigs and oils are FINAL SALE due to health and sanitary issues according to federal laws. We cannot allow returns or exchanges. If your item is defective, please notify us within one (1) day of receiving the item at hello@treasuredbrowngirl.com Upon receiving the product, we will inspect to determine if it is defective. However, if the wig has been worn, processed, cut, brushed, or tried on we will NOT process your exchange. You are responsible for shipping the item back to Treasured Brown Girl with a complete tracking number. The tracking numbers protect you and our business.  Please be aware if you send back a product without a tracking number and your package is lost, we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages! Exchanges and returns are processed within 3-5 days of receipt.

We are unable to change, modify or cancel any order placed using the Shop Pay/Payment Plan option.
